Why we need it: To capture images of receipts, invoices, and financial
documents for digitization and expense tracking.
How it's used: When you tap "Scan Receipt" or "Capture Invoice," the camera
activates to take a photo. Images are immediately processed and can be stored locally or
synced to your account.
🖼️ Photo Library Access
Why we need it: To allow you to upload existing photos of receipts from your
device's photo library.
How it's used: When you select "Choose from Gallery," you can browse and
select previously captured images to import into Slip-Scan.
💾 Storage Access
Why we need it: To save exported reports, backup data, and store processed
documents on your device.
How it's used: When you export expense reports as PDF or CSV files, they
are saved to your device storage for sharing or archiving.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Service Delivery: To provide, maintain, and improve the Slip-Scan app functionality, including document scanning, OCR processing, and expense management features
- Account Management: To create and manage your account, authenticate users, and provide customer support
